Since 2022, CLEAR has been engaged in an independent heuristic review of the clear.dol.gov website; comparing the current design against best practices and leading focus groups with subject matter experts and users to better understand their site needs and goals. We are using insights to improve the functionality and ease of accessing content on our website. Changes are expected to be completed by fall 2025. Stay tuned!
